We work at all of the athletic venues associated with WVU Sports. Some of the places you could work at can include the football stadium, basketball coliseum, Black Bear Stadium, the soccer field and more.

The commission scale for groups ranges from 10-15% of net food sales and 6-7% of net beer sales. Last year we had a total of 22 non-profit organizations participate at concession stands earning a total of $328,608.

This depends on your organization and what you are comfortable with. We do not require that all groups who volunteer to work football season commit to all 6 games. For other sporting events, you are able to select which games you would like to volunteer. Other Athletic and special events are scheduled for each month and the available stands and games are sent to all of our groups to choose what they would like to work for the months.

We have a standard uniform that all Volunteers are required to wear. Our uniform includes a hat and shirt that each group receives when they check-in to their event.

Along with your shirt and hat, you are asked to wear black or khaki pants and non-slip shoes at all indoor venues and you may wear black or khaki shorts at our outdoor venues.
